I've been chasing hydraulic issues on my new to me excavator. Zero boom response, slow travel movement. Clicking sound coming from control valve. I decided to tear into the boom section of the valve. Exposed to valve... and it will not move either direction except with LOTS of force. It should slide out all the way correct to inspect/clean?
