Put the boom suspension in gear dependant position. Remove the boom suspension relay, place a jumper wire from pin 30 to 87. Turn on float. Hold boom down in float position, turn off the key. Turn the key back to the on or run position. Let it sit for a few minutes. Odds are you have electric over hydraulic joysticks. On valve 1 there is a test fitting, screw a test hose onto that fitting with the other end in a 5 gallon bucket. Wait till no oil comes from the hose. Now, the plus side of the cylinders should be empty and the accumulators should be fully relaxed with nothing but gas in them. Now you can carefully remove the cap plug from each accumulator. Crack the Allen screw loose, see if any frothy oil purges. As long as that's dry, continue on. Fit your charging adapter to the accumulator, see what your existing charge is. Typically Volvo recommends approx 250 in one and around 550 in the other. This is for empty bucket, full bucket. My customers prefer 450/500 in each on their 150s. All buckets, booms, options and attaching brackets make this "just generalizations " you will have to make small adjustments up or down to suit the operator. DO NOT WORK OR STAND BENEATH UNSUPPORTED BOOM OR BUCKET. USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN WORKING WITH HYDRAULIC CONNECTIONS WHICH MAY REMAIN CHARGED WITH ENERGY. Good luck j

Noted with thanks. For further clarification I would like to know the type and quantity of oil filled in the accumulator (gas side) after assembling the accumulator

No oil. You can. Use hydraulic aa an assembly lubricant but for the most part, you want no oil in the dry side. Why are you rebuilding them? If you have no oil on the dry side, there's no reason.

Other mechanic has changed all the seals . I am sure it was no longer working as required due to damaged seals. So now I am supposed to fit them on the machine and Charge them

Then, I would fully charge them on the bench before installation. Makes life a lot easier.

You will have to follow directions on the Hydac charging equipment. Its not something easily explained. I would advise, if you've never done it, find someone who has to show you how to safely configure the tooling. Otherwise, as mentioned, follow the detailed instructions provided by the tool supplier or service manual.
