I recently bought a Ford L7000 dump truck and the passenger side front wheel had been ran into a stump and knocked the tire to the right about six inches. Everything looks okay underneath except the tire is about six inches out of alignment with the driver’s side tire. Is there a way to readjust the tire without using specialized tools?

You are right. I took a closer look at it and the tie rod is bent. Thank you.
Before you get fired up to replace the tie rod---take a real good look at the leaf spring tie bolt/ center pin.
