   I don't know what it would be rated at, I only need it to lift about 1500Lbs and it does that easy.

   I think for safety reasons id make the fork tubes full length and also heavier.

   Thats a good thing to do with all the recalled Yanmar booms. hope it don't break, I had to get a new boom on mine due to the recall...
