Liebherr shovel Hello 992G, I ran a Liebherr 991 shovel years ago, late '80's ?? Loading Cat 769 trucks. The outfit had 2 Liebheer, machines, one a 7 yd front shovel, and the other a excavator with a 9 yd bucket. The excavator was fitted with a Cat D11 ripper shank for pulling loose volcanic rock after the shot. The 994 looks very similar to the 991. The 991 had 2 Cummins or Isuzu ??? engines. Been so long ago, don't remember. Have not seen any construction pictures or mention, of a 991 since.
