Hi. I have a Cat 320d when you turn on the key and start the engine there is a constant buzzer going off and in the screen is lift overload warning can anybody tell me where the sensor is for that?
there are too many 320Ds to count WHAT IS YOUR SERIAL NUMBER have you checked the monitor for diagnostic codes? especially CID 1178 (boom overload pressure sensor) the overload sensor is usually part of the tool attachment group groups. As tool options vary I cannot tell you exactly where the sensor is, but it will in the area behind the boom and possibly on the valve next to the cabin the part number for the sensor is 2218859 this is using TDH prefix machine Mark
