Hi Folks, I'm going to start offering annual inspections of lift platforms, and I'm looking for a template for an inspection sticker. ANSI says it only has to have a date and "inspected by" area on it. I thought that was kind of boring, so I'm looking for alternatives. Does anybody have any better ideas, or know of any cool looking stickers?
I use the Inspection Certificate Decal from http://craneinstitute.com . It's a foil decal.
