Only has 1263 light duty hours, was only used for lifting hopes and dreams....
Needs some minor repairs, perfect for the weekend handy man that want's a machine to clear a couple hundred acres in his spare time and on weekends.
And wants to rebuild it from one end to the other.

All parts readily available and in stock at the dealership that originally sold it and is only a block away from where the machine sits now.....
I have tried to 'polish a turd' a time or two before. Sometimes they come out squeaky clean others they just move from one resting place to the next. It looks like a fun project to me!
