Anyone have a reason why my implement pins of the skid steer style loader keep popping out ?
Keeps popping out of what? Made by who? Kubota, being based in Japan, follows ISO standards re design and manufacturing tolerances. Much of what is made/available in North America attachment wise follows SAE standards. Are these standards fully interchangeable without complication? Sometimes yes, and sometime no. Then you get every local yokel with a plasma cutter thinking he(she?) has a REAL good grasp of engineering tolerancing. NOT! Which implement pins? Kubota had at least 3 different couplers available for the R630. The R630 was released in 2014 – 12 years ago now. My educated hunch is a combination of inevitable component wear coupled with inappropriate/loose manufacturing tolerances. More detailed information PLUS pictures would be very helpful.
He is probably talking about the "skid plate adapter, friend has one, he didn't grease the pins enough, however, this was a few weeks ago with artic cold.....
