They are sold in the USA under Bulldog. The CASE website has them listed with their specs on the skid steer comparision section.

Yeah it doesn't look like the same machine design, one of them does have the telescoping arms which would be nice. But the overall design is pretty crude look at the visibility front, back, left, and right it's like going back to the eighties. When you compare that to Bobcat's new "M" series and John Deere's new series the only advantage would be the telescoping arms, plus I'd never buy a skid-steer without tracks with how muddy it always seems to be here.
