Loon ****

What you do with the Loon **** on a job? We try to smear it out and dry it, but I was considering maybe screening it to see if something good or constructive can come of it.

What do we do with it? Believe it or not, right now we are building a 100 million dollar containment cell on top of it because some geo geek thinks it bonds well with the other material we are using......go figure. Brian

Loon Crap is a water saturated clay, maybe mold product found around or in low lying marshy areas. It can be and often is alklai, not very fertile unless you like cat tails. And there tends to be a plethora of it everywhere. With our new building projects the problem lies with what to do with it. I imagine that every region has a product that lies in question of "It has to go, but where?" What's yours and what do you do with it? Gobble gobble!

Mix it with fly ash or lime and use it.
