Hi everyone. Rodcap here. First post after joining almost 2 yrs. ago. I'm late with my introduction because I was busy maintaining equipment. I retired a few months ago, so I'll have more time to post. I was raised with a wrench in my hands, working on John Deere Agricultural equipment for 23 years at my family's dealership. I left there to explore new opportunities and began working on Heavy Industrial Equipment for a couple of rental companies(10 yrs.). My last job, along with three other Techs, was maintaining a fleet of over 100 RT Cranes(13 yrs.). The fleet consisted of a mix of Broderson, Manitex and Tadano Rough Terrain cranes.
