Has any one built their own lube skid? Got Some prices from $12,000 up to &20,000. I talked to my oil supplier and he set me up with pumps and reels at cost. Looks like I can make in for 5 to 6 thousand with 3 new oil tanks 55 gal and a waste tank.
I have not but I would like to build one using repurposed propane tanks and a gas powered air compressor. Plumb the new oil tanks to the tank on the compressor, used oil to the air intake to create a vacuum. Similar to the sage oil vac units. Does away with needing multiple pumps and the compressor doesn't to have to run continuously, just when the air/vacuum drops too low.
