I am helping a buddy with his Loi Gong 856III Loader, sn BL292966 Dealer Support here is almost non existant, and the times they have been here they were pist off they had to drive this far. 1) The loader would not move, the dealer came out tested the brake pressure, aparently it was 350 psi, which is to low for the park brake to release. Was told to change the hydraulic fluid and filter. 2) They changed the Hydraulic Fluid and filter, according to the directions in the Operator manual, now there is no hydraulic function at all. A bleed proceedure is not listed. 3) I found zero pressure on testing manifold, Took the pilot line off the handle and have zero flow to the handle, trace the line back to a block under the step with an accumulator attached and 3 hoses, ( It is not labeled on the Hydraulic schematic) and get pilot flow to that block but not out of it to the handle. Service information seems hard to get. They do not list a pilot pump, so must pull flow from another pump, (possibly the brake pump) the hydraulic schematics do not seem to agree on how the pilot system and brake system are posibly tied together. I suspect a bad pilot pump not building pressure in the accumulator to open a valve to run pilot circuit. Any help appreciated

Thought I would bring this back in case anyone needed it, Pilot pressure is pulled off the brake pump. In our case the Accumulator bladders had come apart and the brake pump is bad, therefore low pilot pressure.
