When the lift is first started and hydraulics are cold , most functions will only work momentarily . Has 450 psi pilot pressure but Pump 2 port drops off at about 900 -1000 psi and function stops . I'm questioning the priority block of valves piggyback on the pump. It has Mid Inlet hydraulic system. Anyone have any thoughts to prove me right or wrong
Lull 844c-42 You are close, behind the engine and trans there is a manifold the size of a shoe box, there should be 4 coils/cartridges on it...two on top two one the sides. If I remember right this is the pressure differential manifold(could be wrong on that term)but anyway pull all four coils and ohm them out,two stay hot all the time two are switched. Its a common problem that they burn out or get out of range as the get old and cause all kinds of strange hyd issues.....NOW im 99% sure that when JLG bought LULL they redesigned that ciruit to correct the problem......Is your unit built by LULL,OMNIQUIP,or JLG?
