M 11 Cummins no power to fuel pump solenoid

Hi I have a 1995 L900 Ford with a m 11 cummins I'm not getting power to the fuel pump solenoid truck won't start if I run a hot wire from the battery to the fuel pump solenoid it will starts and runs fine

    Check power to the ECM. there should be 2 continuous hot wires off the battery positive terminals. I never dealt with Ford, But Freightliner FL series trucks hid inline fuses behind the battery box, Very hard to find and major corrosion collectors.
