Mack Maxitorque TRXL1071 transmission oil specification?

I just got a 1980 dumptruck with a TRXL 1071 transmission (twin stick). What oil is required? I have the service manual, it says see the lubrication and maintenance manual for oil recommendations. I find conflicting recommendations on various sites. Does anyone know for sure?
