Mitsubishi MS 240LC-8

I have a farmer who has a Mitsubishi MS 240 LC-8 he bought to do some work on his farm,he completed the work and has offered to sell it to me for a good price to do about 40 acres of locust tree clearing on a farm, question is are parts available?are parts the same parts used on the caterpillar E240LC?I have called cat parts department and they tell me no parts available but if they are the same as the cat E240LC they probably could order what hasn't been discontinued, hoping to hear from someone running a Mitsubishi MS 240LC-8 who has recently purchaseded parts
