Model selection error on PC240-6

I had the E217 error while checking the monitor. It seems that it is a model selection input error. Is it just a wire or connector problem or it is a CPU problem.

    Between CO3 (13), (15) and chassis: Max. 1 Ω are input Between CO3 (14), (16) and chassis: Min. 1 MΩ

    You mean C03 connector that is connected to the CPU
