Need some help, 2005 Boxer TD427 has no power when ignition is turned either way. Had it happen once before and the inline fuse had blown. This time fuse is fine along with all others. Battery checks out to be good and all connections look to be in good shape. Not sure where to look next. Any Ideas? Any links to electrical schematics for this machine. Did not find them at Mertz site. Thanks, Ryan
try using a test light and see if you have power to the ignition switch and if you do see if it goes through when you work the key. the key switch could be shorted out. next look for shorts or broken/loose connections. just start at the battery and make your way checking wires and circuits through the ignition to the starter. eventually youll find a broken wire or loose connection or something worn out. also make sure you test the fuses and really look at them. sometimes people look over a fuse thats popped but not super obvious.
Yep had a similar problem replaced key switch all is well again.
