pc300-7 boom up and travel speeds are slow and week
Need a little more info. Serial number to start with. Hour meter is real helpful. Maybe a better description of what is happening when you operate the machine. Any fault codes? What is the engine doing when the symptoms happen? Does the machine walk straight when traveling. What happens when you use multiple functions at the same time? What have you checked before asking the question here? Fuel filters, fuel strainer, air filters, checked throttle linkages if the machine has them. This will get you started.

What happens when you run the stick out and in? Can you turn one track at a time in low range and high range. Do you know how to plumb gauges into the pump? Do you have a service manual?
