    Need EST computer tool. Which most likely means dealer only.

    I have est tool. But new o e is offline...there is a procedure I e Tim to put it online.

    Can you tell me how to do it? I got EST, but it says IC is off line and I can't figure out how to force it to program. And of course my eTim go is missing that article
