hello, i'm new here and running out of options, Have a lates 70's/early 80's International 260A backhoe/loader it has a hydrostatic trans, i bought it with only working forward. No reverse, but the forward is very strong. I pulled trans cover and looked for broken lines but could find nothing. i did find broken linkage on the HIGH/LOW lever, messed with that but no reverse. When you hit reverse pedal it makes zero effort to move. forward the high/low works well and it has suorising power. I can find zero help and no hydrostatic manuals either.... Wish i had the torque converter trans now!!
If it is stuck in high it will not back up they only back up in low. Looking for 12inch bucket for my 260a. Warren Woods 785 229 2150
