New here guys and gals have a question – Cat 2015 302.7 screen replacement

I bought a 2015 302.7 and the operator screen was broken. I bought another one and plugged it in and it worked! The problem is it shows 0.0 hours on the clock. How do you get it to read the real hours? Is that a dealer thing or something I can do? Part number is 379-2843

    There's no way to program the SMU on this display unfortunately.
