Bought dozer used. Was operating it and battery was came on. Machine would stop its forward motion bring control handle back to neutral and it would move again. Took dozer decided to clean it up washed out rad and washed out around engine area. Started machine up afterwards 3-4 times. Started checking things over found a blown fuse for dash lights replaced and ever since then machine wont even start. Have checked all relays, fuses, alternator, key switch, battery , wiring behind dash and still nothing. We need to get it started to fix the movement thing. Looking for ideas ?
Start at the ignition switch check for power check for power when switch is on and in start position also and work your way to starter

have power at ignition and to the starter. Turn key over nothing doesnt even try. You can hear relays click when you power machine up. If we bypass we can make machine start up but as soon as you pull power away it stops. Have found plug in which i assume is for connecting to laptop, next call will be to a dealer to come out and connect to diagnose problem been down long enough with it.
Did you find the problem? My DC80 has done the same thing. Checked all connections and same thing. Then after a couple days it started like there was never a problem… never found out what caused the issue.
