New Holland L445 weak loader hydraulics

I have a L445 with weak hydraulics. The signs don't necessarily point to a worn pump, the loader hydraulics are fast, but then weak when cold and hot. It will only lift and/or curl a half bucket of dirt. The engine doesn't seem to be under load when this occurs. The hydrostatic drives are strong and the cylinders don't leak down fast to add some data points.The pedals have full range of motion. How do I confirm the valve body is seeing the full range of motion? Where is the pressure test port and relief location on this? Is the coupling going into the pump something that fails on these? The filter is old and original, but I doubt the filter is the cause with fast unloaded hydraulics, right? No I don't have the service manual
