i see there is a lot wrote on this but i still cant figure it out. 2002 bobcat t200 with deutz 1011f engine. fuel to high pressure pumps but no fuel to injectors. had been running but going up hill would loose rpm's, had load on and it just stopped. replaced fuel lines in tank, blew air through all lines, replace fuel filter, checked lift pump- screen was clean and pushed plunger and will shoot out fuel. took 1 high pressure pump out to check fuel rail and it moves easy. i took fuel shut off solenoid out and left out so it is not a problem. timing belt is not broke. battery is good. with primer bulb will not push fuel through high pressure pumps, should it? please help.

Pumping the primer WILL NOT push fuel thru the pump..(to injectors)

    Thank you, I’ll quit trying.

The only way the pump will pump fuel up to the injectors is by the cam lobes pushing up from the bottom. Good luck

Thank you, I’m thinking of taking valve cover off and checking rockers and push rods.

Timing Belt may not be broke but can be jumped one tooth. Have changed 2 in the past, last one 21 years ago. Might be a good starting point unless it has been dealt with previously. Good idea to check for bent pushrods on these units as I did change out quite a few in past. Belt, Valves Set, and see what happens. Might be something else, keep us posted. Simon C

Ok, thanks. With the timing belt, I need to have #4 cylinder at TDC on compression stroke with the 2 pins holding cam and crank shaft. Correct?

Something like that. Would have to find procedure, and yes you have to have the special timing pins. Belt needs to be very tight from my experience. May need a new tensioner also, suppose to change out every 3000 hours. I did not have the special tension gauge, but it ran very good. Worth buying the manual from a deutz dealer, as it is quite specific about doing right. Simon C

i took vavle cover and rockers off this morning. from left to right , the 1st push rod on each cylinder was bent about a 1/16". timing belt is looser than when i had put it on. not sure if belt jumped a tooth or ?

Push rods are easiest checked by rolling on flat surface. Cannot be straightened. Will have to pull back apart and if engine has less than 250HRS since last belt change it can be reused and tensioned if not damaged. Is the tensioner in need of work or replacement while you are at it. Simon C
