started out over running, then became hard starting, now will not start.

    Is the fuel cutoff solenoid and lever working properly?

    185.b Havent checked that, not sure which one is the cutoff solenoid. Could this have caused the over running?

    Have you checked the engine oil level since the overrun incident? If it was sucking oil into the turbo it may be low but I don't think many engines survive that experience.

    the cutoff solenoid is working. what lever are you referring to?
