NH B95 outriggers stop in any position

I have a 2006 NH B95 backhoe with electrical switches that control the outriggers. Sometimes the outriggers work perfectly; other times they both stop in any position - up, down, or anywhere in between. After the backhoe sits a few hours or overnight, they always resume working. Might be for days, or only hours. The machine has 1300 hours. Everything else works fine. It seems to me to be an electrical problem. Anyone have an electrical drawing to share? Or has experienced and fixed this problem? I bought the backhoe/loader with 1150 hrs.

Somehow, somewhere there are relays and solenoids controlled those cylinders and need to be checked. Sounds like an overheating solenoid, or relay.
