just bought a 2005 new holland LB75B backhoe. the steering will kind of work if you pick the front tires off the ground and then turn the wheel. you have to turn it alot before wheels will move slightly. it wont turn at all with weight on the wheels. The two stabilizers for the backhoe also will not go up or down. could these be related? any ideas where to start.
Seems issue with steering unit's relief valve. Check it's crack pressure, seems it get cracked before it's pressure so oil choose to go away through least resistance. Refer: epichydraulic.com/steering
