John Deere 210 LE PowerTech 4.5 (which is yellow paint loader/tractor with box scraper on 3 point hitch) Engine Model # 4045TT092 Machine S/N T0210LE883918 Stanadyne Fuel Injection pump No start. Owner had other yahoo's running machine while he was gone for awhile. Maybe they ran it out of fuel? Apparently it was producing a bit of black smoke a couple weeks ago, now it is not even trying to start. There is good strong brand new battery and good fuel supply to the pump. All lines cracked at injectors and also fuel return line on top of the pump in case of blockage in return line. Fuel comes out of cracked injector fittings, hard to say how much pressure, does not look like much Suspicious of injection pump needing a rebuild. The two electrical harness terminals to the pump provide only 1.4 and 1.6 volts, what should I expect to find there? I thought fuel solenoid on pump would like 12 v......? Then again would the pump allow any fuel at all thru if not 12 v? Thanks in advance for any kindly advice......May need to purchase a PDF shop manual with harness and schematics etc. Unsure why owners do not spend the money to keep this on hand.
