No throttle response from controller inside operators station

Good day I have tried basically everything from harness checks to ecu swaps,resistors check still haven’t found any findings that may indicate why the Mcu will throw no throttle communication to ecu as a code the machine starts and idle at 1200-1205rpm any suggestions please and thanks

    What make and model machine ?? While you’re at it, a serial # as well .

    Only similar situation i encountered was on a J used in logging operation. After performing lots of tests there was a darn little twig stuck to the upper d cell pedal stop. Cleaned all the junk around DeCell area and unit idled and revved up correctly.
