do you have any information on the Volvo 846 BL wheel loader with Z-system arm, very similar to zettelmeyer, what do you think of performance and features? MICHIGAN 55A ?
Try looking for aftermarket parts, most of the parts catalog has been declared obsolete. Great machines when they right and tight
grazie per il suggerimento, solo questo vecchio modello adotta il braccio di conformazione Z? tutti gli altri che ho visto hanno braccia parallele, ho sbagliato?
No, Volvo actually still offers Z linkage and parallel linkage. Is that something you have to have?
the Z-shaped boom would be preferable and desirable, but the important thing is that the machine is in good condition, reliable and with little wear, a utopia for a used earth moving machine. in the net I clothed old volvo models used with arm conformed to Z: volvo 846 BL (L50) (L70), BM 641 LM, 840 LM BM, bm LM 1240, 1254.1640.4000B, L 160, BM 4500, volvo bm 1641, 845/846 volvo bm lm 70/80 do you know others? Which?
Hi, I have an old 846, 1976. She's in a sorry state. Would love to restore her but the biggest thing is the wear in the centre pins. Do you know what sort of job it is to do? Was wondering if you could reverse the pipe on a steering arm to move the frame?
That's how we would split any other loader. The bucket should properly anchor the front but the back half would need something to support the weight so it doesn't tip. Good luck. Parts are scarce.
