Is anyone running an older Oshkosh snow plow truck? 1970s-1980s Era What are the pros and cons of running them? What are the major problems you've had and cost to fix them?
The town I live in just got two mid eighties trucks from our County airport. They did some work on them, replacing rusted body panels. I don't think they've seen a storm yet so I don't know how reliable they will be. Series 60 with Allison. I spoke to the Highway Superintendent and he said he hasn't had trouble getting parts.
