let me think... unerferth mfg i believe used to sell rolls of cab material in a variety of colors, I know case and cat colors for sure. Check with Binkley&hurst in lititz, pa their parts department should be able to get you some cab material.
its a formed to fit piece with insulation and areas for the plastic cup holder and small storage tray, i dont think a roll of raw vinyl will work i guess im looking for a large used part supplier who will take a cab apart call the B & H folk super nice, new is the only thing they have , referred me to a dismantler no dice argggg

Go to your nearest car dealer and ask them who does auto upholstery repair. There are guys out there that can repair and repaint your part to make it look like new. I had my sports car's leather seat repaired 7 years ago. You would be surprised to see what they can do for 1 or 2 hundred bucks. My soft leather seat back had the corner of the bolster worn right through. The repair area is still unnoticeable today. It cost me less than $100.00.
OOooo, that sounds like a major, expensive repair. You know, you might ought to sell that baby and get out of it while you can i know someone who might want to buy it. yup, i'm still looking around. wow, i look on this forum today after a few months and there's a post about a 580sl. your 580sl. i'm just sitting here dreaming about how i could be power shoveling my mountains of snow. How's your business going? Did you get that loader? i started looking for a backhoe again. i'l just include all these mountains of snow as another reason to get one.

hey mike still have the old girl but she has a run in her stocking typical hoe lol things have been good , no new loader but I did up grade my shovel and my dozer last spring and flipped my dump truck to a slightly newer one this fall, hoping the work starts early this spring , money seems to be moving just a little, i hope it gets going abit more you still considering a 580? i just ordered a new oem seat and want to repair the liner while i have the cab apart , Im doing some basic service and repairs , even a bit of paint touch up , she will ready for delivery as soon as the check clears lol
