Overheating problem

Had one of those don't give a damn employees cranked a bobcat mini ex it overheated now when you crank it after about 5 seconds it sprays coolant from the reservoir ..... Blown head gasket?

    Yep, unless the head's cracked.

    If its a Kubota it is probably cracked
