PA Trail Builder wanting more work

Howdy, I work now for a land trust, doing trail planning, community organizing, trail building. I use GIS/GPS to make maps of our properties, then lay out trails based on slope, soil composition and moisture, labor factors, etc. My organization is among many that have a growing need for equipment operators that understand habitat sensitivity and sustainable trail building techniques. I'd like to get my CDL and some training on Mini-X, Mini-Skid and other narrow track equipment for using in building recreational trails. Hoping this will make me more of all around maintenance/planning asset.
