It seems to me that most of the excavators are equipped with kawasaki hydraulic system, at least it is the case in my company.Only a few of the models equipped with parker and rexroth systems? Why is that? Anything to do with the design? What's your hydraulic system? Which one you think is the best?
Never seen a Parker hydraulic system. All this is catalog engineering. Designer opens a catalog and orders the licensed Rexroth pump and valve combo, electronic control system, a complete swing motor and reduction, travel motor final drive combo, engine manufacturer to fit the pump and specs a cooling system made from a big supplier somewhat local. About the only real design work is on the frame and carbody and everything from China is a direct copy of something made somewhere else. They might even be made in Korea and and given a new name. The only company that designs their own machines from the ground up and builds their own components is Komatsu and even they might farm out some of the components and the electronics.
Why would you be asking us about why your company designs hydraulic systems the way they do?
hey lonking once again u ask a question u already know the answer too or u shoulddo mate hounestly u r a time waster and to answer your question why most chinese manufactures use kawaski is beacuse they buy the pump and engine and all the other parts already set up from japan and the japaneae wont warrant the engines and pumps unless you get the whole lot though them i know this as having dealt with it myself that is why we at JGS use our own brain amd set up our own machines basicly i think it comes down to who is a real manufacture and a assambaly compqny like most chinese machine manufactures. parker systems i have seen them used in hyandai machines also guy sorry about my spelling and typing doing this on my phone
Because your company likes using inferior parts like all the other junk comming out of red china thats why.
The new thorium core pumps from Kawasaki are showing 5% lower running temps which is the reason that they have 15% longer overhaul intervals.
They have the added benefit of glowing in the dark also.
