At the bottom of the flywheel housing there is a hole that is weeping hydraulic oil, would that be from the hyd. pump. If so can the pump be resealed or does it take a new pump to fix the leak ?
That housing is called a damper case and there should be oil in it. Usually the rear main seal of the pump shaft input seal start to leak which requires pulling the pump and replacing the seals. Many people just drain the case and leave the plug out with some provision for catching the leaking oil.
