Hey guys thanks for adding me I'm having problems with a PC160LC-7 Jerking/stopping intermittently when traveling any help appreciated? thinking pilot?
Do any other functions operate irradically. How many hours on the unit? Any other service repair we should know about. Is there something binding in the tracks or does it just cut out like electrical. Maybe post your serial number as there could be some changes. Have you changed the pilot filter lately. Any codes come up on display. Not familiar enough with that unit to send you down any specific path. Maybe someone else will chime in. Simon C

Will it travel if you pull another function at the same time? Do you know how to access service mode in your instrument panel? Our very own JohnC has put together a very informative guide for you. Some good things to check for sure like a link that is seizing. Track up in the air and someone else running it will show sometimes while watching track going over the sprocket or idler. Simon C
