I have a pc360lc-10 , would like the history on it , serial # A32230 , anybody here the can do that? Thank you
Ask your nearest Komatsu dealer, they should beable to pull it up
The machine should have the Komtrax system on it and if it is working, the dealer where it is registered at would be able to tell what problems have shown up on it over the past. That if if they feel inclined to do so. Many will just deny they have anything on the machine.
I had my 210-10 added to my komatsu. Now I can go online and see the complete history on it.
