PC390LCI-11, will not start without starting fluid

    CA2249 Rail pressure very low CA272 IMV open error Are both codes currently active? Have you changed fuel filters recently? Did issue happen suddenly? Check resistance of IMV should be 2.3 to 5.3 ohms

    thats correct, while the engine is turning over the voltage fluctuates between 3-6 volts, rail pressure only goes up to 300psi.

    Signal from engine controller is a PWM (pulse width modulation) signal, Volt meter not correct tool to check IMV. Check resistance of IMV.
