Hey guys thanks for all the replys on the pc40 over heating problem. Im using some of your ideas now. Yesterday one of my friends with a pc40 has changed his fan pully and that has increasd his RPMs on the fan and he has seen an improvement. Its getting cooler here so want be an issue till next summer. Ill keep you posted as we try other things thanks again guys. wolfman
