1995 pc75,I haven't tensioned the tracks for 3 years since I put on new track chains.At that time the tensioner was stuck and I removed it and got it free with some heat,pressing and hammering. And a bit of praying .Cleaned it up and put in new seals,thought it'd be fine but guess not. The chrome on the rod is gone and i believe that rust makes it stick. I'm looking for suggestions to break it free without removing track. I could push on the idler with my 150 bucket,while the greaser is loosened. So far that hasn't worked ,haven't pushed real hard as I'm concerned about breaking the spring.
