I need to replace the fan belt on my 2008 Komatsu pc78us-6. The problem is that it is almost completely hidden . If anyone has any tricks for doing this task I would sure like their help. Thanks in advance.
PC 78-6 belt replacement there is a plate at the back of the boom where it attaches to the frame ,when it is taken off you can see the back of the alternator to slacken the bottom bolt,if the machine is fitted with AC remove the four bolts attaching the pump to the bracket so you can have space to slacken the top bolt.
