What is the plunger part number of the bosch fuel injection pump P/N: 0 403 466 167 PES6MW100/120RS1240

    Do you have 6 of them available (genuine), if yes PM your email. By the way, does bad plunger give signs while testing the pump on the bench, or it should be removed to check if it is worn

    Yes when the pump is tested, its checked for equal delivery & there is also a test for starting fuel.. Bad P&B's will show up on a calibration test. BUT.. U have to pay for it.. so if u walk in a fuel shop & ask for a cal test & its deemed "bad".. & it has to be overhauled, u have to pay for the cal test, ON TOP of the rebuild & calibrate fee. Its best to remove the pump, take it to a fuel shop & INFORM THEM its hard to start or whatever the actual problem is.. & LET THEM do their job as to finding out WHY.. There ARE less invasive ways to find out IF the P&B's are bad.. BUT if u walk in there & TELL THEM U WANT this or that.. THATS what ur gonna get.. no matter the cost.. cuz that's what u asked for..

    WHATS the actual problem?? IF its not starting, theres a check that can be done by U.. Send me a prvt msg or email if u wanna get ur hands dirty..
