    You might start here . The biggest issue I have is resizing my photos to the 600x600 pixel limit (i think that is the limit)

    A lot of programs are available to do the resizing. My favorite is Pixresizer . It is free and has no spyware that I am aware of. It is super easy to use. It is downloadable here --- http://bluefive.pair.com/pixresizer.htm

    If your using windows, Windows Paint can re-size, free and easy, don't have to install any software.

    Use the attachments button on the message tool bar (looks like a paperclip). I do the standard 640x480 without issues ...and if Mac, resize through PREVIEW.
