   I am interested in an answer to this question as well. I have a 690d that seems slower than should be. And sometimes even has like a half second delay from the lever to the boom. But still seems to have lots of hydraulic power.

   check the pilot pressure. Youll need some JIC or ORFS inline tees

   If the pilots are low is that something that is easy to fix? With out a ton of money?

   Start with the simple things, oil level/quality. Return and pilot filter clean? Then go into pilot side testing, should see around 500psi at pilot filter inlet. There's a shim set pressure relief on the filter that could be causing issues as well. If pilots good go into return check for restrictions.
