Hello, I bought a used Hanix 350E from 1990 excavator that has a problem: the controls on the right joystick have no power unless the left joystick is being used for any function. Also, the boom has very little power, and the right track is weak as well. Has anyone had experience with this kind of problem?
Sounds like a hydraulic pilot pressure issue or weak charge/pump flow. Since the right joystick only works when the left one is active, I’d first check the pilot circuit, priority valve, and possible sticking spool or blocked pilot filter. Weak boom and right track kinda point to low hydraulic pressure or a tired pump too. Could also be a relief valve stuck open. Worth putting gauges on it before throwing parts at it.
I measured the pressure of the main pump and it shows a little over 100 bar. I assume the problem is in the pump. How else could I test it to be sure whether the pump is the cause or not?
100 bar does sound low for most excavator main systems, but before condemning the pump I’d still check a few things. Make sure the main relief valve isn’t stuck open or set too low, and check pilot pressure too. A worn pump usually gives low flow and pressure everywhere, but since you’ve got weird joystick interaction, there could still be a control valve or pilot circuit issue. If you can, deadhead a function briefly and see if pressure changes much. Also check if the pump is making noise, getting hot fast, or if the hydraulics improve at higher RPM. That can help tell if the pump is weak or if oil is bypassing somewhere.
Nisam imao mira, pa sam skinuo pumpu i rastavio je. Pronašao sam nešto za što mislim da bi mogao biti problem. Netko ju je već prije rastavio i zamijenio klipove, ali nisu ih zamijenili sve - samo neke. Sada, kada sam klipove postavio u ispravan položaj i na njih postavio nagibnu ploču, postoji određeni zazor: na nekim mjestima oko 1 mm, a na drugima čak i do 3 mm. Može li to biti glavni problem - da se dogodilo da su novi klipovi na lijevoj strani nagibne ploče i da je to razlog zašto ta strana ima tlak, a druga strana nema?
Zanima me još jedna stvar. Netko je premjestio hladnjak ulja i spojio povratna crijeva od pumpe i razvodnika sve u jedno crijevo, a zatim kroz filter. Ostavit ću sliku ispod. Nadam se da netko ima isti ili sličan bager i da mi može uslikati ovaj dio, jer mislim da se ovo ne bi trebalo ovako spajati. Vjerujem da filter nema dovoljan kapacitet protoka da bi kroz njega progurao svo to ulje.
