Problem with brake in crab trolley

I currently design crab trolley and run in to a problem. Should/Can i only use motor built in electromagnetic brake for hoisting motor. Usually wire rope hoist use this but i can't find any document on open winch trolley which usually use hydraulic braking system. My design go under 50Ton lifting weight
